In July 24, 2014, Shenzhen CARFUL precision manufacturing company convened a meeting. All the company staff participated in the meeting on time, first all the member expressed a warm welcome to the new employee. The meeting mainly discussed 3 issues: first, the key to business development and expansion of business for the future of our company. Second, arrangements of marketing personnel in our company and salary incentive system. Third the company proposed to travel in the National Day , and address temporarily decided in Guangxi. The following is the detail about the three issues:
1 the key to business development and expansion of business
after upper management investigating and evaluating to response to the market, determined the future development direction of our is CNC machining, and batch processing. The company has launched in our new product -- epilator, this is our business expansion.
2 members of the work content and reward system
The company stipulates the specific work item for everyone and the task should be completed. The company in order to encourage employees to improve sales, to give you the positive work reward.
3 the company proposed to have a collective travel in the National Day. Someone suggested going to Guangxi Province, everyone agreed.
The general manager made an important speech at the meeting, encouraging each employee to work hard . The conference was a success.
